Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE), a subsidiary of Capital City College, is currently seeking a qualified Contracts & Compliance Officer (Facilities / Estates) for a permanent position. Join our team to deliver top-notch facilities management services to our college campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate statutory compliance across Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, Lifting Equipment and other estates-related compliance disciplines
* Coordinate compliance assurance activities including audits, inspections and regulatory reviews
* Act as a key CAFM system user, maintaining asset data, workflows and reporting.
* Manage asset records, O&M manuals, warranties and technical documentation arising from capital projects
Requirements:
* Educated to A-level or equivalent, or demonstrable relevant experience in a facilities, estates, or construction environment
* Awareness of health and safety legislation relevant to facilities and estates works
* Experience coordinating statutory compliance
* Experience using CAFM systems
